GUIDELINES FOR PAPER

The paper presentation is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students, faculty, and research scholars in biosciences, materials science, computer science and allied health sciences. Each participant can present only one paper as first author/co-authors.

  • Abstracts must be submitted online before 15.06.2026 and should be 150-250 words in a structured format.

​

  • Submitted abstracts must be original work; plagiarism will lead to immediate disqualification.

​

  • Accepted abstracts will be communicated to authors via email by the organizers

​

  • Once accepted authors should send the registration details with payment confirmation for further process.
     

  • Each presenter is allotted 6 minutes for presentation followed by 2 minutes for query session.
     

  • Presentations must be in PowerPoint format, delivered in English, and the presenter must be physically present.
     

  • Mandatory Oral Presentation Slides should include the Conference theme (ELEVATE 2026) on top followed by your presentation.
     

  • Papers will be evaluated based on originality, scientific rigor, clarity, relevance to the specified field.
