Guidelines For Poster
The poster presentation is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students, faculty, and research scholars in biosciences, materials science, computer science and allied health sciences. Each participant is allowed to present only one poster as first author/co-authors. Abstracts must be submitted online before the deadline and should be 200-250 words in a structured format. Only original work is accepted. Any form of plagiarism will lead to immediate disqualification.

Posters must be prepared as e-posters in landscape orientation with a minimum body text font size of 24 points.

Mandatory poster sections include Conference theme (ELEVATE 2026) on top followed by Title, Authors, Institution, Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion, and references if applicable.

Each presenter will get 5-7 minutes for presentation followed by 2 minutes of query discussion.

The presenting author must be physically present, and proxy presentations are strictly not allowed.

Posters will be evaluated based on originality, scientific rigor, visual clarity, relevance to the field, and query - response.

Conference registration is mandatory, (Before the last date) and any misconduct such as plagiarism or data falsification will result in disqualification, with the committee's decision being final.
